ALLEE AND NATHAN-WILLIE CREEK PEARL FARM
Some wedding days just feel so them — and Allee and Nathan’s was exactly that. From the moment we arrived, it was clear these two weren’t about big fuss or over-the-top traditions. They’re the kind of couple who make everyone feel instantly at ease — grounded, full of laughter, and just genuinely happy to be together.
We started the morning at their home in Broome. No big bridal suite or chaos — a few tunes playing in the background, and plenty of smiles. When it came time for their first look, it was sweet, simple, and so heartfelt — right there in the place they share every day.
Then the adventure kicked up a notch. We all jumped in the car and headed to Broome Airport, where a helicopter was waiting to whisk them away. Watching them take off, knowing they were heading somewhere wild and remote to say their vows, gave us goosebumps.
The pilot took us up the coast to James Price Point, where the red cliffs meet the impossibly blue ocean — one of those spots that makes you fall in love with the Kimberley all over again. When we landed, there wasn’t another soul in sight. Just Allee and Nathan, barefoot on the red dirt, wind in their hair, completely in the moment. It honestly felt like time stopped for a while out there.
After soaking up every bit of that magic, we flew back toward Willie Creek Pearl Farm for their reception — the light turning golden as we touched down. Friends and family were waiting with hugs, drinks, and the kind of relaxed energy that makes you want to stay all night.
Allee and Nathan’s day was everything we love about weddings in the Kimberley — raw, natural, and real. No big production, just two people doing things their way, surrounded by beauty and love.
We feel so lucky to have captured this adventure for them — it’s one we won’t be forgetting anytime soon.
