What do we need to do?
Step two
Select your choice of images from your digital gallery and let us know so we can fine tune the images to ensure they’re ready for printing.
Step One
Choose your package now or later. A package can be upgraded at anytime, even after you’ve received your images. It does help us if we know which package you’d like prior to shooting.
Step three
We’ll send you a form so you can choose which images you want to set in frames or print.

Leave the rest to us!

FAQS
Do you carry insurance?
We are fully insured for public liability, so you can rest easy that nothing will impact on you or us, just kick back and enjoy your day.
WILL YOU TRAVEL?
Each package includes up to 1 hour of travel. Additional costs of $1/km will apply for travel time in excess of an hour. Additional accommodation costs will apply.
WHATS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
6-8 Weeks but we always try to get them back to you as soon as possible!
HOW does the PAYMENT SCHEDULE WORK?
We require a 25% retainer to secure your spot on our calendar, and the remaining 75% is due one week prior to your booking date.
WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE OUR SHOOT?
If you have already put a deposit down on a date then have to move/cancel it, the deposit is legally non-refundable and a new deposit will have to be made in order to hold your new date.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CAN’T MAKE IT TO OUR SHOOT?
If we can’t make it, your money will be refunded, we can reschedule to another date, or offer a credit.
How will our photos be delivered?
We follow standard industry practice and supply all digital images in both low and high-resolution formats to you using a secure online gallery. The gallery and security details can then be shared with who you want, no matter where they are!
If you’ve purchased a package you can choose the images you want to print or frame once your images are received. From there, choose your style in store and confirm your order, we’ll do the rest.
You can expect your memories to be delivered to your door within a month.
How long have you been a photographer?
Ben started shooting when he was 10 years old! He borrowed his grandfather’s camera whenever he could to photograph his fish! Prue’s been shooting alongside Ben for over seven years.
HOW MANY IMAGES DO YOU INCLUDE?
As standard we seek to supply 25 edited images but we always try to overshoot, which means you could possibly get more than we offer.
DO YOU GIVE RAW UNEDITED IMAGES?
No, we believe that editing is half the magic that goes into our mages, and without this huge step, the images are only halfway done.
CAN YOU PHOTOSHOP?
We do not alter the way you look other than skin blemishes or anything temporary (bruising, acne etc unless you would like us to include) Please let us know if your self conscious about something , we will be extra aware of that while we are posing you.
